Palin consistently had approval in the 80s and reached 93%, Mitt Romney left office with 34%.

I wonder what Palin's would have been had she actually finished her one term in office.

If she had finished her term without getting on the veep ticket, her approvals would have remained at record breaking levels, extraordinary levels.

As it was, when she went national, she became the leader of conservatism in America, and came under the greatest media onslaught that we have ever seen, that forced the Alaskan liberals and democrats, to choose to oppose her, amazingly, after serving for almost 3 years and becoming such a bold, supposedly divisive conservative figure, she still left office with 56% approval, a figure that is considered superb and often makes for the “most popular Governor”.

Mitt left office with 34% approval.
