Im sorry Fox cancelled all my scheduled interviews tonight because I sure wanted to take the opportunity on the air to highlight Senator John McCains positive contributions to America, to honor him, and to reflect on what a biased media unfairly put him through four years ago tonight.
Granted, our honored and esteemed war hero has gone through much more than the liberal media can ever do to him in their efforts to harm this patriot. I look forward to hearing his words to his fellow Americans tonight more than any of the other convention speeches. God bless John McCain. Thank you for everything. And happy birthday, my friend.
Actually he became a war hero, as a POW.
Well, I don’t agree with her about McCain. But she’s just being gracious.
As for interviewing him at the convention, I don’t see why that would mean much, one way or the other. At the moment, McCain is irrelevant.
I’d be more interested in the possibility that she was going to interview other people there of greater current significance, and Fox cut her off for that—possibly at Romney’s demand.
I think Romney wants to keep her far away from the Convention. And Fox would probably comply.
So why is Fox cancelling her interviews?
She was probably scheduled to be on tonight TO talk about McCain.
So that doesn’t seem like a reason for them to cancel the appearance.. as that was the reason they booked her in the first place.
Methinks the RINOS at FNC don’t like Palin complaining about the rules changes at the convention.
Welcome to freerepublic, now you want the leader of the conservative movement to go away?
bump
Oh, right. What was I thinking?
We'll have to stick to better sources like Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin, Steve Deace, and Rush Limbaugh. There are certain defining moments when it becomes clear who you can trust. It was as clear as day that the RNC rules change this week was one of them.
Damn you people are dense, and ugly. You remind me of liberals more with each passing day.
Sarah ran on McCain’s ticket and FOX is trying to look even-handed.
This SO smells of Romney and Rove - Enemies of Conservatives.
It went way beyond service; the man suffered mightily.
When I see ugly comments about McCain’s Vietnam record on FR I cringe. Have they no shame?
I have no idea. And neither does anybody else on this thread. I do enjoy wild speculation sometimes, I must admit.
Then WHY would they schedule her to do interviews on McCains speaking night in the first place?????
Actually she was the most popular governor in America, perhaps in history, she was already gaining fame in conservative circles as a reformer, a giant killer, a highly skilled politician, that could fight and win.
Palin consistently had approval in the 80s and reached 93%, Mitt Romney left office with 34%.
I think it has to do with her complaining about the rules changes at the convention.
Exactly.
Gov. Palin is a perceived threat to the
Emperor of RINOs and DEATH PANELS.
A really disturbing mental picture. Did you have to do that?
Yep, that’s what I think. Palin dared to speak up for the conservative grassroots against the rules changes yesterday, so now she’s being ‘slapped down’ by the ruling-class GOP-establishment.
LOL
Who’s this “you people” to whom you refer?
And you think they told Fox to cancel her interviews?
