This book is a great read with lots of references to what you have posted- the rationalizations, the hatred, and might add the dividing up of people into groups to be "dealt with". It also shows clearly this was a leftist movement, the Nazis, and it included communists, until they no longer needed them. The communists, had they won out would have pursued the same course, maybe worse.

Once you look at nazis, then look at bolsheviks- easy to see this is just one wide left wing spectrum of totalitarianism. We cannot be doomed to repeat this- and we won't with our Constitutional Republic. Deo Vindice.
