I've heard about Kevin Trudeau and some other quacks pushing it but I decided to check what you mentioned and I could find nothing from John Hopkins recommending it (
link) However, one reference I found said John Hopkins administered a warning it is a
dangerous procedure.

Th John Hopkins reference was off the top of my head but a year or so ago in Men's Health magazine a medical school did say they were looking at cofee enemas to shrink some tumors such as prostate, liver and pancreatic cancers under clinical research and it showed signs of working. I would suspect doing it at home is not recommended is what John Hopkins was referring to???

Some chick will sue McDonalds for it being too hot in her butt.
Meanwhile, Obama can keep blowing smoke up people’s rear.
