Yes, I know it has a very good effect on the body. But I am not sticking anything up my butt. No colonoscopy? No digital prostrate exam at age 50? My Grandfather died of prostrate cancer because he refused/was too proud to have either exam...took the tough guy route..well cancer showed him how tough he was.
