Hackpen Hill (3), nr Broad Hinton. Wiltshire. Reported 26th August.
Proof that they aren’t made by aliens. If aliens have the smarts to do stuff like this why in the hell would they visit this planet?
Please note that 99.9% of crop circles are in fields that have tracks produced by a pesticide sprayer. Here is another example.
Greetings and felicitations from the Borg?
How much do the cost the farmers in wasted grain?
***There has to be an earth-bound, logical explanation for these things. ***
There is. We used to make crop “squares” in the alfalfa fields on the south edge of Farmington NM back in 1956. The owners complained to my dad and we were stopped cold from doing it again.
BUT IT WAS FUN!
It was that chalk horse on the mountainside that did it!
The Pandorica
I’ve been a Deere man all my life, as was my father. I no longer farm, and miss the machinery part the most.
I started getting serious hands on experience at about 10 or 12 when Dad ‘gave’ me the job of changing oil in our ‘A’ , 60, and 730 diesel.
Just finished a book on the early Deeres.
I’ve always been amazed how Deere has managed to ‘find’ it’s way through the wild gyrations of the ag machinery market. Of course they are diversified far beyond that now, but it sure looks like there are men of serious faith at the head of the organization.
Todays Deere machinery is exciting, I’m looking forward to seeing more.
What a colossal waste of time.
Notice the many tracks left by some machinery (crop sprayer maybe?).
They go to the edge of the field I'm sure, and are more than wide enough to walk in, and compacted enough by the machine that no prints will be left.
Well actually it's quite intelligent, if you think about it. It's a huge declaration of peacefull intentions, a demonstration of awesome power in the name of delicacy, artistic expression, nonstandard communication, and extraordinarily deft sociological interactions that shatter the norm without shattering the population.
In short, I see it as a genuine expression of high intelligence and profound power matched with peaceful intent. Which, given that all they have to do is throw big rocks at us from near lightspeed, and not even break a sweat with their phaser banks, in order to utterly and completely annhialate us, is a good thing.
As for what they want? LOL, how about just to say hello? Maybe they recognize more value in us that we do - not for exploitation, but as spiritual family. Yeah, there's no doubt bad guys out there. But there are good guys, too.
There has to be - otherwise we'd be toast by now.
This one is a masterpiece.
yeah but c’mon, jumping or moving from space to space to create this thing a person is going to have to leave footprints, no one is that perfect. And was this thing done at night? Can you imagine doing something this complicated at night with even a half a snootful?
LOL! I’m curious, how were you ‘’stopped cold’’? (rocksalt buckshot?)
**LOL! Im curious, how were you stopped cold? (rocksalt buckshot?)***
A simple warning. “Don’t do it again!”
Hey I was only nine at the time.
Me to. I want to take a spin in one of their cool space ships. Nothing to long....just a few laps around the Moon and back would be good. And you have to believe they have some neat weaponry to. (None of this gunpowder/bullets jazz we are stuck with). Disintegrating empty beer cans with a ray gun has gotta be fun!
When I was in grade school there were fist fights between John Deere, Farmall, and Allis Chalmers kids!
Not all that different than gangs today, but much, much tamer. We always ended on speaking terms, even if just barely, and under the glare of a teacher or parent.
Fantastic...but it’s still that old hippie sign...a/k/a “the footprint of the great American chicken.”
