Kerrey said he would "challenge" Harry Reid and "move to the middle". During the debate, Kerrey's attempts to body-blow Fischer's campaign were woefully inept. Tweets from the audience observed Kerrey's looks/demeanor were that of a "grumpy old man".
Fischer proclaimed her experience and conservative credentials in the state unicameral. Kerrey proclaimed his ability to build consensus in the Senate.
Best quote: Bob Kerrey claiming he wasn't a "career politician" which drew jeers from the heavily conservative crowd.

This will be their only debate during the campaign.
Consensus: This debate will not move the polls much (if at all). Kerrey needed a "Akin like" mistake from Fischer and he didn't get it.

Bob Kerrey is an old man and he has always been a homely one to boot...

"Kerrey said he would "challenge" Harry Reid and "move to the middle"."
Given that Bob is well to Dingy Harry's left (Kerrey retired with a 92% lifetime liberal rating when Reid's was just 79% in 2000), that's quite a dubious claim.

The first question was “Luke vs. Han? Who would you rather have saving the universe?”
I’m sorry, that’s the “Carrie Fisher” debate. Never mind.

There has to be something wrong with peoples’ brains to be democrats. Kerry, lost a leg in Viet Nam, worked to stop military votes from being counted in Florida in 2000.
