1) Article says "could face life in prison" ... means that's the maximum penalty for the charge. Doesn't mean he'll get it.

2) OK ... you're sleeping on a plane ... you wake up and the guy in the next seat has his finger up your XXXXXX, and he's whispering in your ear. Whatcha gonna do? ("Break his wrist" comes to mind ...)

I would have no problem with giving the guy ten years. For starters, he’s so narcissistic that he thought she would like it. He has absolutely NO empathy for the perspective of someone “not him”.

You can bet he spends a lot of his time watching pr0n too. I used to watch it in theaters in the mid-70’s. Even as a 20 year old I assumed the women hated it even as they acted like they wanted it. It was comedic to me.

The fact that a man of his years was motivated to do what he did is really hard to imaging. I consider him dangerous.
