It only hurt them because they are PC cowards. Never mind the fact that fifth graders are smarter than he is in regards to science, then he does the worst thing of all, he just kept digging. Just how credible would any argument, no matter the veracity, by this goof be when it really counted on the floor of the Senate? How many other scientific utterances has he made in the House Cloak Room that the Dems are just salivating over if he happens to win?
