My alma mater’s #18 party school in the country? Good ol’ JMU is punching above its weight in that category compared to all those huge “University of” entries. I see not much has changed in the 25 years since I graduated.
I’m actually rather surprised about a few of those “sober” schools. Like the CUNY campii...I guess that’s because they’re almost 100% commuter schools with few residents. And Pepperdine is sober? In Malibu? That’s no mean feat.

Went there for a summer course in ‘84. Spent every night at JM’s.
