I had three pieces in one thread. The title of the blog post was included in the thread. I also included the SCE/CEC links as a juxtaposition. They are having brownouts and they want to get rid of generating capacity. Does that make sense to you?

The "good news" is that the neighbors don't want the land turned over to developers either because they are afraid that they will build a bunch of condos or apartments leading to even larger traffic jams on PCH.

So it looks like the whales on the side of the building will remain in limbo for some time to come.
