Is the deadline 5 p.m Eastern or 5 p.m. Central time?

Well according to Missouri law, hes got 36 minutes, as of this post.... Isn't Missouri on Daylight Savings time as well? Because according to my clock, it should only be about 3:30 in MO, and he has until 5 PM.

1) I thought it was 5 PM deadline.
2) That’s just to get out cost-free. He still has time if the Party or somebody is willing to foot the bill to reprint the ballots. 9/26 or something. After that it will take a court order, and the SoS is a Carnahan.
