Would be Cat 2 when it was near the south Cuba coast. Cuba being very mountainous, it would likely be torn apart or downgraded to a Cat 1 or even a strong tropical storm depending on forward movement.

Note that this is the NHC prediction and is NOT the same as the GFS, which is traditionally the most accurate predictor of hurricane tracks.
