The currently reported story is "no" but he just backed out of an interview with Piers Morgan on CNN tonight.

Hopefully he'll get out Tuesday in enough time for the party to name his replacement and this whole sick, sad affair can be put behind us and McCaskill can go back to preparing for retirement.
