They don't look to be Utilikilts. The Workman Utilikilt is fantastic! I wear Utilikilt, Amerikilt and Stillwater kilts along with a couple customs mrs p6 made. They are all amazingly comfortable. I even wear mine in the Winter snow. Never had a problem.

That isn't thermal underwear, it's a pair of kilt socks.
