She knew the rules when hired yet suddenly, after 2 years, she decides its important to her religious beliefs to wear the scarf. More likely that she decided it would be easier to sue and get $$$ rather than continue to work for it. Racial slurs? An ACLU automatic response in most all their cases. Islam is not a race.
She could have worked at Epcot in the middle east area for sure.
This is the USA and Disney is a private company. The right judge will toss this case out on it’s butt...
Finding a judge that understands the law might be a problem however.
