Is this new because I have seen that band in the past on 60 minutes. Was worth the watch due to its lack of a Leftie agenda.

Nothing much there. Nice that Congolese discovered classical music. About it...

Then Gunsmoke or Bonanza, while drinking pepsi and eating pretzels at Grandpops! Thanks for the memory

I stopped watching 60 Minutes in 1967 when they played questions on the air that were different from the ones that were asked during the interview. They were interviewing Frank Winchell from GM about Corvairs. The change made the answers seem the opposite of what was actually being said.
There's no reason to start watching again now.

I watched it for the first time in many years. Morley Safer looks mummified. Rush said that Bob Schieffer is winning the ratings in Sunday morning shows, which means the other shows must really suck. Nonetheless, Schieffer wasn’t too bad in this interview, and R and R did great.

I don’t think so. All the times I’ve seen him on TV he appears to be just another sad queer journalist, and not a very good one at that!

Anderson Cooper who just recently came out and said; "I am Gay and always will be Gay. Anne Heche once said that too. Now she is married with two kids. Try doing that with Blackness or Chinese-ness. Which is why the "civil rights" metaphor is silly and insulting.
