I saw a documentary on them a few years ago.A very sad situation but they seemed to be surprisingly normal to me.If I was in such a situation I'd probably be depressed 24/7/365.

Sorry, they're not "normal."

They're a great survival story, and God bless them, but let's not sugar coat this with the typical egalitarian dreck of political correctness that the entertainment industry lavishes on every mal-formed individual. This is the mindset that deems same-sex couples "normal."

We can be supportive and applaud what they have accomplished. But these girls are severely limited and always will be - short of some supernatural miracle. Let's not pretend otherwise.

However, the situation is not normal.
They can try, as well they should, live as normally as possible, but they are not.
