Exactly right. Obama has been quite blatant and open about punishing states which did not vote for him. Kentucky suffered the same fate.

Meanwhile, he gets by with it. No Congressman lets out a peep. No one goes to court.

He is a petulant dictator. Gets everything he wants, with no opposition.

I drive frequently from Pittsburgh to Georgia and go thru...West Virginia...really don't care for the state but I drive where the GPS tells me!!! There are tons of new roads being laid..and their dumb toll roads..drove me crazy..
so figured the new road construction was Obama trying to buy the state before Nov. 6th...

So reset set the GPS to ‘back country’ roads and now miss all most the entire state of W VA. takes a bit longer...but all I have is Time to do ‘what ever’
