There are hundreds of male white Referees in the College ranks that are equally qualified if not more qualified than this woman. The NFL has a policy of hiring referees that a) Are black or of a minority b) Former NFL players or c) relatives of NFL players or referees. Speaking to some highly qualified College referees, the WASP referees said that the Minnesota Vikings will win the Super Bowl before any of them get hired into the NFL.
