told you i was doing zumba! i actually have rhythm and know how to dance in the latin style which is at least a slight leg up, but coordinating the arm/feet movements is challenging, but the music is GREAT! i am asking for her entire play list next week, this was the cool down song and is by far my fave. DUTTY LOVE by DON OMAR. never heard of it, but itunes had it.

all the ladies around here have gotten into water zumba, cannot tell you how many have invited me to go. they offer free days to anyone coming for the first time so they all keep asking me. haven’t gone yet. one friend goes to regular zumba classes all week and then water zumba on the weekend. it’s kind of scary when her eyes glaze over and she rants on about the joys of zumba.
