Tribal lands is a really interesting idea. There’d be a really interesting political conflict there, since the self-appointed protectors of native Americans are also defenders of Obamacare.

Wait, what am I saying? Since when has holding logically contradictory positions bothered the left?

Hatawachi Casino and Health Center.. interesting crossover potential there. “Hey Doc, what kind of odds are you offering on curing me?”? Okay, so six months later I'm still sick... but I'm also rich.
