That’s not the towns. As a state, Colorado banned tobacco from public places, including bars and restaurants in 2006.

Wasn’t aware that it was a state wide rule. Surprises me because we have happened onto some very small towns in mountainous areas where people in the bar were smoking. Two cities didn’t even allow smoking outside though. Looked into buying a lot and building a retirement home in Pagosa Springs. Beautiful area but more pages in the city and state building and EPA codes than are in Obamacare. So not going to do that.
