In 2011, We relocated to Annapolis Maryland where I work at the Naval Academy and will soon become a resident of Maryland.....but I am still a resident of Pennsylvania until the paperwork goes through.......hopefully it will take until December 2012......lol.
If you have lived in MD since 2011 and you vote (or have voted) in PA after you move, then you are breaking the law.
