How did you can the raisins and how long will they be good for? Still a rookie at this so some basic instructions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I vacuum pack them in canning jars using the jar attachment and my Food Saver and throw in a small oxygen absorber.
My information is 4-5 years if kept out of the light
