breast enlargement is a known side effect of propecia. He should have stopped drug. Also other legal and illegal drugs can cause breast enlargement. An argument could be made to just go with it as he might be more employable as a female software person. Propecia is identical to another drug used for prostate problems called proscar except that the dose of propecia is 1/5 the proscar dose to try to prevent side effects.
Of course his new flat screen TV, new couch and his fondness for beer and pizza had nothing tho do with it.
