Rich Froning won the Chipper event, the "secret" event from last night. He now has a 90-point lead over the 2nd place guy, Matt Chan.

Annie Thorisdottir is currently in the lead in the women's individual competition. She has about a 50-point lead over 2nd place Julie Foucher.

Today's the final day, here's the schedule:

Spectator Stream, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific)

ESPN 3 Stream, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Pacific)

There are still four events left to go for the competition, and they are all "TBA". The athletes won't know what the workout is until just prior to the event.

There has never been a repeat champion in the CrossFit Games, and right now, both the 2011 Games champions are winning. Can't wait to see what happens!
