An HSA can ONLY be used for allowed health related expenses. Obamacare is already further limiting the allowed expenses. You should use it while you can. This includes doctor office visits, glasses, hearing aids, prescription drugs, and dental expenses for you and your family. It can also be used for Medigap insurance costs.

not quite true. You can use it for other than medical expenses, however, distributions not used for qualified medical expenses are includable in gross income and, for applicants under age 65, subject to an additional 10% tax.
