You're a peasant. Try shooting a dog because "it charged you" when you had business near the dog's territory, and see how fast you're up on felony animal cruelty charges.

Orleans, let’s be fair. The dog was let out because a low-life scum opened his fence. The dog rightly chased after him once he realized this stranger was on his premises.

So, the dog WAS contained until unforeseeable circumstances changed it.

The owners are not at fault.

Hey - what if the scum had a gun, and shot the dog while being chased? How would that play here? (Hint: it would be a “hero dog” thread instead of “urban yute crook shoots dog”.)
