Lol.. that looks similar to an app that I ran (minus the kanji) on DOS that gave ‘windows’.. btw, To those that said that DOS is not capable of multitasking... I was able to make a script back the that was able to run music in the background while doing other things (in my case, playing a game :D) ... It WAS TSR, but it was also running in the background.. that was multitasking.. no?

Yes, BUT... that was Non-pre-emptive multitasking. Windows 1.0 (which ran under DOS), Mirror telecom, Quarterdeck products, and most famously Borland Sidekick were primitive forms of MT. These operations could and would bring down the whole PC in case of a crash, amd assigning memory to make it work well was a skill properly consigned to the "Dark Arts". In the Mac world this type of MT became mainstream early with multifinder, but Apple was VERY late to the party with the preemptive variety.
