Hi, Rika! It sounds as if he has heavy duty emotional issues, and/or a prescription drug problem. Much as I believe that therapy can perfom miracles, I don’t think someone with those issues needs to be in office anymore-too unpredictable.
Bet it’s drugs. A+++ With his father it would come as no surprise.
