Seems like a perfectly natural place for the fedguv to redefine what it means to be a tobacco manufacturer. My disdain for the administration and the GOP congress who passed the bill knows no bounds.

While it sounds nice to blame the current resident and congress, this $#!t has been going on for decades, centuries even.

The only way to stop it is to amend the Constitution that forbids the practice. No more riders.

99.999% of Democrats are horrid and at least 75% of Republicans are.
