I find it very hard to believe that zombies can do a good job at designing a theme for anything. They just don't have the mental capacity.

Yes. And not the lunch-buffet type brains either. Brains that reside within their own heads (the only brains that zombies don't eat).

In my opinion Frankenstein's monster was the closest thing to a zombie with an actual functioning brain. And I wouldn't want HIM running attractions at an amusement park.
