Usually, they are young and perfectly willing to take the handicap spot using a relatives handicap widow card obtained because the relative was fat not truly handicapped.
In Ohio at least, obtaining a handicap plackard requires a doctor’s script. So shame on any dr. giving a patient a script for a plackard for mere obesity.
I have seen them used by young people who do not appear to have a problem, but the law covers the distance some people can walk without having to sit down and rest. As casual observers, we can’t judge that.
In my neighborhood, the O-bots are the ones who park in the “For Mothers with Young Children” spots, without any young children...
I always stare at them and shake my head but as usual, they are oblivious to anything but their own selfishness.
