It was a five year contract that Holmes signed up for. She and Jessics Alba (or Jessica Biel, I can't recall) were both in the running for the job. It was and is all an act. Cruise is in to dudes. The word was that the deal with Holmes was setup by David Geffen. Cruise was one of the very gay Geffen's "house boys" back in the day before he got famous. So was Brad Pitt. Pitt is NOT NOT gay FYI. But a very smart guy and he knew that the road to fame goes through people like Geffen and Dreamworks. Geffen was likely the one that made up the hilarious story Cher told about being with Cruise in the past.

It is HOLLYWOOD! All fake. All scripted. All planned and the media pukes are all in on the scam. Soon Holmes will tearfully go on the talk shows. Expect her to in some way to tell tales that make Cruise look manly in manly ways that regular manly men are when they are manly! No way he is gay!

The farce will continue for a bit then Cruise will hook up with another gal under contract to play his girl until that agreement expires. And so on. And so on....

I don’t get it. Why would it be a prolem if he were to admit he was a homosexual?? Cooper came out today and his stock rose! Being a homosexual now gets you double-extra bonus points, especially in Hollywood. Cruise coming out would merely earn him applause from the libs... and yawns from the rest of us.
