Now if you want to argue "a tax by any other name is still a tax" that argument would have merit but the fact remains it didn't, and Roberts re-wrote the law in order to justify it as Constitutional.

The high courts ruling leaves in place 21 tax increases in the health care law costing more than $675 billion over the next 10 years, according to the House Ways and Means Committee.
