I strongly suggest you go back and listen to Mark Levin's show from last Thur and Friday.
Levin is a brilliant Constitutional scholar.
On Friday he specifically address the Commerce Clause issue. Levin clearly explained that this ruling does not put any limits at all on issues concerning the CC.
Robert's ruling is absolutely horrible -- there is no silver lining whatsoever.
