Years ago, my hubby and friends went frog gigging and we fried and ate them. They really were delicious. Some folks shiver when they think of eating frog legs!! Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it!! At first the thought of it turned me off but I became used to it. We kill and eat anything that moves (except people)....LOL!

Thanks jaycee. Friends it is. No we didn't eat them. Strictly catch and release this time. Fun, outdoors and instruction were the order of business. That's enough for the attention span of a 4 y.o. and a wife in the brush. ;-p

Now, if we need further instruction I could show them how a nice sharp knife and a hot fire would turn these target marked hoppers into a tasty, hot meal. Taste like Chik.........aw forget it. Bad pun today. Nothing taste like a Chik-fil-A. Stay well.
