1) The Libertarian in me would suggest that the guvment’ has no business being in the lotto business. Money for schools? Yeah, right.
2) The Libertarian in me would suggest that ANYONE that wants to throw their money away should be free to do so.
3.) The liberatarian in me suggests that anyone who wants to run a lottery be allowed to do so.
