Yes he is but lets not forget US Congressman Trey Gowdy from SC, every time I see him or here him talk you can tell he is a take charge kind of guy and says what needs to be said.

I must say I am surprised by Issa’s resolve. Is he over-riding Mr.AllTalkNoAction Boehner, or what? Gowdy is terrific - I would like to get a running list going of articulate passionate people in the Congress. Won’t need too much space for that one.

Just like the PE Unions, the Congress is also upside down!. The best and brightest have to suck it up for the likes of Boner, Can’ter, and McLousy.
The Issa’s and Gowdy’s in Congress should be leading. If they were, stuff would get done because they still understand why they are there.
