I hope that you’re right, but I suspect that the politicians will act like they usually do, like rats hoarding every piece of our cheese they can steal.
It all depends on THIS election, my friend. If we take the Senate and keep or add to the house we can get a bill. If Obama is reelected it is an automatic veto. With Romney we can get things passed if the bill is written early in his administration. We really do have a small window.
