Unless we immediately start putting limits on the governments power to tax us (thank you John Roberts), then every communist and socialist in the world has won a battle against freedom lovers everywhere. His reasoning to agree gave to government unlimited and unfettered power to tax any of us for any reason.

We are now Amerika. We are worse off now than we were before the revolution that freed us from that unlimited power to tax us for anything and everything.

I’ve had enough of the “I’ve been punched so much, the other guy is going to tire himself out!” argument.

This was a major victory for statism, collectivism, and corruption in the USA, and there is no way to spin it.

Roberts ivory-tower argument for Obamacare is pathetic. His nuances are completely meaningless to bureaucrats and leftist pols. It’s full steam ahead for them. Watch all the formerly skeptical States also now fall into line.

Dick Morris - If Court Says No, Obama is Toast! - March, 2012

If they say, he's toast, if they say yes, he's toast. Talking out of both sides of his fat mouth again.

I personally think there is way too much confidence that Obama will be defeated. I would not even be surprised if this Supreme Court decision gives him a boost.

If Dick Morris says it, we’re really doomed.

It's fun to watch Dick Morris talk. He is the only person I have ever seen who can LITERALLY talk out of both sides of his mouth at the same time.

Remember his book saying it would be Hillary Clinton vs Condoleeza Rice in the 2008 election?

(Actually, I would have preferred that!)

Hopefully this will be Dick’s “broken clock moment”

After all, he IS right about 5% of the time.

This is not "taxation without representation".

There is a solution....throw the bums out that voted for this monstrous Bill - and, of course, The Kenyan.

Roberts may have woken a sleeping giant.

This states the federal govt. has unlimited power to tax us for absolutely anything. Washington has not represented the individuals in this country since President Reagan. Special interest groups rule this country and live large on tax dollars.

It’s going to take much more than a couple of elections to change what is wrong here. We will have to insist on fundamental changes and expressly define the governments power to tax us. They will not curb their power just because a lever was pulled or a button was pushed in a voting booth. The problems are much more entrenched than that. Washington has made an art form of punishing and marginalizing hard working Americans. We are now seen as those evil capitalists who do not care about the poor. Republicans give into that calling card all the time. They have compromised away freedoms that will be difficult to get back.

We will have to force them to understand that we are what keeps this country going and we do matter. We were not born on this earth to be slaves to those who despise us and treat us with contempt. To top it all off Homeland Security has deemed us the greater terrorist risk in this country when we are the one being terrorized and punished for paying their undeserved salaries.

I had almost started believing the "this will cost Obama the election" Pollyannaishness on FR until now.

Dick Morris has never been right about anything.
