How can the individual mandate as a tax be challenged when the SCOTUS has already ruled it’s legal?

How can the individual mandate as a tax be challenged when the SCOTUS has already ruled its legal? Taxes can't be adjudicated until someone has actually paid and been harmed by said tax.
Hope everyone who has employer paid health insurance is ready to be dumped into government run exchange. Single payer here we come!
