The last straw has just been placed on this citizen’s back.
This is no longer the country of limited government as designed and demanded by the founders.
Secession has to tried again.
We have half the country which wants to live off the other half. Half believes the moral high ground is killing the unborn. Half the country hates the military while claiming to support it. Half the country completely disagrees with the founders brilliance of limited government.
We cannot resolve these differences EVER at the voting booth. Only a divorce between the parasites and the body of producers is a viable solution.

I haven’t read the decision yet but I’m told that the Individual Mandate will be considered a tax but that there is no enforcement provision. Individual states can opt out and I can’t see why individuals can’t opt out. If that’s correct then it is a tax that need not be paid.

The court does what it wants to get to the decisions they need. Just because they call it a tax, I doubt Obama will take heat for it. Two things, I tend to believe most people will look at it more as a fee and the person who has to make the case against Obama and Obamacare, that being GOP nom Mitt, his weakest issue is healthcare.

well folks the question is,how much is deducted from your pay now for you and your family and since your health insurance now will be illegal,will the tax be higher or lower,my company deduction for myself and 1 family member is 200. Dollars If the tax is less then people will not be upset,granted when people like myself over sixty go to the doctor they will tell me to go home and take a pill.So that’s the way it is,if you ask me George bush was not a conservative and the justice who did this is responsible so all this was just a setup,and if you think Romney is going to change anything your NUTS,the bush idiots are all behind him
