I got through. Reported that the civil rights of Dennis McCann had been violated by the City of Chicago and Cook County Illinois authorities. McCann was killed by a drunk hit and run driver last June. The drunk was a Mexican national who was in the country illegally. He had previous DUI convictions and should have been removed from the USA. But Chicago and Cook county are sanctuary jurisdictions that do not report criminal illegals to ICE. This policy led directly to McCann’s death, surely a civil rights violation. The lady who answered the phone listened to the story and even asked questions about it. And the introductory recording fished for civil rights gripes about Arizona, Alabama or “another state.”
