That would be a useful parallel if Mac users were pounding on the machine with a hammer prior to the crash. Don’t hold the operating system responsible when a third-party application fails.

In the case of Toyota, there never were any inadvertent accelerations. Stupid drivers stepped on the wrong pedal.

The ones caused by the carpet mats? or the ones brought on by drivers accidentally pressing the gas instead of the brake?
