F* yeah. If you're going to make it up, you may as well make up a whopper.

When no one believes your lies anymore, tell bigger lies. Doesn't a liquid(water) seek it's own level?
Wouldn't the sea level raise all over the planet?
To: Hunton Peck
If it rises 6 inches in California, it will rise 6 inches everywhere. LOL these clowns destroy their own credibility.

The West Coast will see an ocean several inches higher in coming decades...Wait, wait! Didn't nobama give an explicit promise this wouldn't happen? Dang! Another busted promise. No way I'm voting for him in November. Who else is running?

Unpossible. I have it on good authority that a couple years back was the moment the seas stopped rising. I remember a big deal was made of the announcement on TV.

GOOD! I hope all the LIB Rats out there drown!!!!
Too bad it is scam and the sea level won’t rise....

The study by the National Research Council gives planners their best look yet at how melting ice sheets and warming oceans associated with climate change will raise sea levels along the country's Pacific coast. So, although the data that has come forth in the last 10 years shows the ice melt to be nonexistent or merely shifted from one region to another, this 6 inches is extrapolated by what computer model?
It is generally consistent with earlier global projections, but takes a closer look at California, Oregon and Washington.
By earlier models, these conclusions are based on the discredited and falsified Mann data? If the MSM wasn't so deeply entrenched with these yahoos, this alarmist crap would have merely been dumped into the circular file.

With 70% of the worlds surface water, when the temperature goes up evaporation will go up. There is a lot more surface affected by evaporation than that affected by melting.
Warm air will hold more water vapor than cold air.
Now is there a brain here that can tell me the net effect between melting ice and evaporated water in relation to increases in temperature?

Thank you for posting this in chat. Exactly where it belongs.
Maybe we could ask Jim Rob to open a “fantasy” forum. That’s where this really belongs.

Just damn...there’s goes the Oregon Coast. With all the Californians moving to Oregon, elevations on land will decrease by a couple of feet, to boot.

You guys need to be more respectful of scientific authority. The projection wasn't made by some pissant little research council, it was made by the National Research Council. That sounds pretty darned important to me.
