There is evidence on that twitter account that he did swing at a bus driver. It makes sense since he was suspended specifically for being in an area that was off limits to him.

Where could that have been??? classroom? office? gymnasium? closet? There are few if any areas in a school that fit this description of being off-limit to students but still accessible to them, and especially fitting an infraction worthy of a ten day suspension.

But when you are trying to get on a bus without paying or permission from the bus driver, and when refused access, subsequently swing at him for telling you to get off, then that bus fits the description for his suspension.

The Trayvon family could set this issue and others to rest by unsealing his school records, but they won't because they have things about Trayvon that they want to hide.
