I have this problem. These liberals, they value their opinions quite a bit but expect me not to voice mine? Sorry. I don’t just shut up to get along. And it’s impossible to reason with these idiots. So I’ve written a few off. It’s just to tiresome to even try.

Just tell them that you try to keep your political views to yourself around them out of civility and would appreciate them doing likewise. If they can’t do that tell them to f-off.

Exactly my take on it. I had a couple of friends that went over the edge with PDS. I had another good friend who has just bought into the hussein lying machine's kool-aide. I've got a fourth that is posting increasingly disturbing (ie. stunningly stupid) liberal stuff on facebook.

I've developed friendships with other people whose views are more aligned with my own. I could try to maintain my friendships with these others, but it is just so {expletive} much work pointing out the fallacies of their statements. Then, as liberals are wont to do, they ignore the inconvenient facts and/or change the subject, and/or resort to personal attacks. Enough.
