It’s doubtful, but if that is your reason for settling for Obama, go for it. I don’t see a conservative option or alternative that is on the table in this election, at least not one that can leave the realm of principle to become political reality and power. The only options I see are Obama or Romney. I stooped to voting for McCain, so voting for Romney isn’t that much of a chore, and I guess I’ll be stuck with these choices until conservatives can get candidates who can win primaries. Taking my toys out of the Republican sandbox, and standing back where I can keep regurgitating all the anti Romney vitriol I worked up during the primary, and I have tons of it, doesn’t get Obama out of office, and it doesn’t help get conservatives elected to Congress. I’m in this for the long haul.
